  Only 15 minutes away from the Hotel Loberías del Sur you can discover the rich biodiversity of the Chilean Patagonia at the Aikén Park where you can find four footpaths that go through 300 (hecstareas) of the magnificent ecological reserve in the middle of the Chilean Patagonia.

To satisfy your desire for good food and environmental curiosity the Aikén Park is equipped with a Guest Center were you can find information about all of the parks activities, botany, hikes and the regions anthropology. The park also has a “Quincho” were you can enjoy shows based on local folklore and Patagonian style barbeques.
 
  You can trek for about two hours down four natural footpaths and discovers the flora and fauna of the region. This activity is done in groups and is accompanied by a specialized guide. The footpaths are equipped with stations and educative panels that allow you to learn about specific environmental phenomenon, with resting areas, bridges and scenic platforms were you will be able to enjoy spectacular views. To conclude your visit to the Park we invite you to enjoy a typical Patagonian barbeque entertained by a Folk group.
